The drive-in mult-level 24x36-foot semi-excavated basement is fully insulated and electrically heated and features two workbenches, locking cabinets, tons of storage, and of course the water systems. There are pre-configured areas both here and alternately on the main floor for optional laundry appliances.
There is a 16x23 foot, raised, carpeted slide-in storage area (visible rear of photo) for canoes, kayaks and other large items. Reinforced access protection and comprehensive security systems offer peace of mind for seasonal occupancy.

The basement ceiling is Vapour-barriered and insulated (and finished with removable access panels in the primary areas) so that this area can be heated (or not) independently of the main and upper floors above. Floors are concrete slabs in the traffic areas.
